In our latest software update (Novus 7.3), our developers designed a new tool called Novus-to-Novus API to solve the hurdles when communicating between brokers/providers.
The Novus-to-Novus Application Programming Interface (API) has been enhanced to allow a provider’s Novus environment and a broker’s Novus environment to simultaneously “communicate” with one another so that trip, tracking, and completion data flow between the two instances.
