This holiday season will be unlike any other, marking the end of a year that no one could ever have predicted. And like so many of us, I have been thinking about the many positive things I am most grateful for. Family, friends, colleagues, business partners and of course, all our frontline workers, come to the top of my mind.
When the world came to a near-halt last March many of us had to change the way we interacted with the world and create a “new normal” for our businesses. While COVID has changed the way we provide care, it has not changed the significance of delivering ongoing care and addressing the social determinants of health. This has remained as important as ever, and I am pleased that TripSpark was able to work with many of you to leverage your technology investment in innovative ways that helped you and your members adapt to the changing reality of COVID. We have much to be proud of, and these trying times have highlighted the strength and importance of our partnership together, of which I am truly grateful.
When COVID subsides and the world gets back to its new normal, I believe we will see a renewed focus on proactive health. To that end, the services our industry provides will be critical as people realize that the best protection against a future pandemic is to ensure people remain as healthy as possible.
As we look forward to putting the challenges of 2020 behind us and toward a brighter 2021, on behalf of the TripSpark team, I would like to wish you all good health and joyful connections with your loved ones.
Stay safe, and we look forward to working with you in the New Year!
